About Us

We are a small team of education staff, based in the North East of England, all actively working in busy academies in various roles. Our academies, like many others, are amazing spaces where young people come to learn, play and thrive!

We also face challenges from time to time with pupils who, for a variety of reasons, require additional support and attention from adults. As you will see from our team motto, and famously quoted by Russell Barkley ‘‘The children who need love the most will always ask for it in the most unloving ways’‘.

Our team of expert trainers will work with your staff, in your setting, and explore the ways in which pupils can benefit from positive de-escalation techniques and safe and positive holds.
